I want to live a vital, passionate life.  I'm obsessed with laughing, learning, and experiencing.  I want to be inspired, spontaneous, and ultimately live my best life.  Not someday, not tomorrow, I'm talking today. Every.  Damn.  Day.

I’m a Michigan girl living in Kentucky with dreams of Nashville. By trade, I'm a Registered Kinesiotherapist (think physical therapy with an exercise therapy focus), and have spent my entire career in the health & fitness industry.  I have 10 years of experience as a Director of Operations overseeing a book of business including multiple corporate medical and fitness centers.

In addition to the Best Life Studio and my love for music, my entrepreneurial endeavors include fitness & wellness projects such as creating online wellness programs, producing fitness videos, working with the Cincinnati Bengal athletes, and authoring a guidebook.

I’m also passionate about helping women savor life and up-level the everyday ordinary. So alongside the concert and travel info provided here, you’ll find tips on simple healthy recipes, fitness routines, self care, and even finding the perfect outfit that makes you feel like a rockstar—I call it “fluffing your day”. Focusing on little joys each day instead of just “getting through the day” is a critical step in living your best life.

A Big Blue & No Shoes Nation fan, my love for music began at an early age when I started banging on pots and pans as a toddler. It progressed from playing drums in grade school into high school until my athletic career came into play. As an Exercise Science major at the University of Kentucky, I started my strength coaching career as an intern with the basketball team. Getting the itch to coach, I went on to obtain a Masters degree in Sports Administration at Temple University while coaching at Villanova University. I then advanced my career in the fitness industry as a Territory Manager in commercial fitness, and now currently oversee sales and account management in the southeast region.

As Kenny Chesney has stated “music and sports bring people together like nothing else in the world that we have”. It’s with this energy and passion that I approach this fun project with my wife to capture the feeling we get in our adventures together.

“I got your number, I got your back When your back's against the wall You mess with one man, you got us all.”
